The ability to tag people only with the combination of multiple roles

Right now, if you tag multiple roles, it pings everyone with EITHER of those roles. It would be nice to be able to ping people that only have BOTH of the roles. 

For example, my server is for a gaming club at my university, so we have a Students role along with PC, Xbox, PS4, and Switch. We were doing a giveaway for a game that was only on PC. But we only wanted to do it for the students since there were friends outside of the university in the discord. This feature would let us tag ONLY people that are students AND pc gamers.

  I'd love this, too :) Else you have to create "combination"-roles. You quickly realize that number goes up with n!
