Noise Gate to Others

Some functionality to add a client-side noise gate to another user. This is particularly useful when someone's mic is always on and you'd like to be able to only listen while they're speaking.

  Exactly. I've run into this a few times on multiple servers. Is there a way to or any future implementation towards the client-side having control to add a noise gate on select individuals who refuse to optimize their own settings?

  The complexity of the settings is great for someone like me who likes to tinker. But for those who are willfully ignorant or don't care, it would be awesome to be able to apply a noise gate on the client. This is actually a huge issue for me. It is so bad sometimes it will discourage me from engaging with the Discord app altogether.
