Add colors in the native discord chat
I think it will be a good idea to add beacons for colors, like there is already ||spoiler||, or *italic*
For this feature, we can use numbers like beacons, which would give :
1red1
2blue2
3yellow3
4purple4
5green5
6orange6
Or maybe thomething like {color:######}{your text here} for a better precision.
If you think it's a great idea, don't forget to vote, so Discord will see this and add this feature into the application

I think something like {text}(color) would work, where color could be a css color, dedicated discord color (for dark and light themes), or an RGB hex color code.
Then you can have {text}(color, color) for dark theme and light theme separately (for readability)

Yes, it's also a good idea, hope discord's staff will see this

Discord, we're waiting for this great update

It would need to be added to their text rendering engine, specifically the markdown rendering engine for both messages and markdown previews, so it could take some time on their part, plus the fact that people have kind of been asking for this feature for a long while, best thing you can do is share on twitter or discord and get your close friends to upvote.

also please edit your original post to add the new syntax, which is more flexible.
