Moving off-topic messages to the right channel

Why on earth is this not implemented yet? I know people have made similar posts requesting this, however, I feel it needs to be reiterated.

This is a very useful thing for mods to have when members, esp in small discord servers, don't bother to read the rules or are just careless in which channels they post. It'd be great if a mod can move text messages from one channel to another and they'd appear in correct chronological order within the new channel
