Please add who saw the message feature!

I think there must be a feature of being able too see who has saw the message sent in Group DMs or Server! Also if any people has saw the message or not in private messaging!
It would make easy to track whether the person has saw the message or not!

Hope this feature is gonna be added on Discord! ;)
