Slow Mode for Server Admins

There is currently no way for slow mode to be enabled for admins/owners of a server to be affected by the "Slow Mode" setting on a channel. I think that (from experience) this would come in handy in a few cases.

  All you have to do is disable the slow mode bypass for that role. Or, you know, recruit people you can trust not to spam the chat.

  In our server, it's nice for the purpose of the channel itself. We play Phasmophobia, and we want to have a "seance" channel where people can ask questions and get answers of the players who have been killed. Keeps it from being a full on communication channel, adds in a limitation, but lets it be useful.
