Follow User Account in Chatroom (For Notifications)

There are circumstances when using discord where you are interested in hearing what a specific user has to say -- whether they be a personal friend or someone you consider important for any other reason. When having notifications on, their messages can be lost in the void of high activity chat.

It would be nice if you could "follow" a user within a specific chatroom (or across all active chatrooms) so that it will play notifications whenever that user speaks or enters a voice channel. This way, you could configure a channel to only give you notifications when you're mentioned or when someone you follow speaks.

Alternatively, a notification setting for mutual friendship would be a good start.

Also when you're teleworking and a teacher is in a server room (in case anyone has questions) but you're in a private call (to work in pairs) so you get notified when he/she activates the microphone because the answers could interest you too.
