Users should not be logged out just to implement QR Code logins.

As has already been seen with the QR Code Scam posts already, the feature is not secure and should be disabled until:

- EITHER QR code functionality is removed completely

- OR appropriate safeguards against QR code abuse has been tested and verified to be safeguarded.

At the very least, disable QR parsing for functions that should only be performed by Discord staff.
