Hide option for blocked users activity in text chats

Hello. When I read text chats I always see blocked people activity and i can unwrap these messages. So Is it possible to make the setting option (flag Y or N) to hide all activities of the banned users in chats? As known as full block. No messages, nor others activities in text chatsl.

  Seconded. When I block someone it's because I don't want to be bothered by them. Checking on activity markers only to see Blocked Messages seems counterproductive.
