Don't mark channels unread when there are just blocked messages
I am constantly thinking there are messages worth reading in a few chats when it's actually just noise by blocked users. It would be very nice to totally ignore blocked messages in both unread status and chat window.

Seriously, this is a huge issue, I've left discord servers over it.
Imagine the most annoying, spammy person you know emails you multiple times a day. You've finally blocked their email address, but your email client persistently becomes "unread" every time they send a new message. This is infuriating, and the blocked person is still able to harass you and have a visible presence on the discord servers you share with them.
