Blocked messages & "new messages"
If someone is blocked, please disable the "new notification/message" from that channel when they speak. No one likes checking a channel to see someone they don't find relevant talking.

I think that it should be toggle-able.

+1, makes blocking someone for in-server reasons pretty much irrelevant
