Prevent certain filetypes from direct upload

I want to prevent people from uploading especially executables or DLLs directly on the server as there's no knowing where those files came from and if they have been modified. Although I want users to be able to share images, videos and such. Currently it's all the files or no files type of situation.

I put certain file types there as it would probably be good idea to use blacklist/whitelist kind approach

  It would be cool if they put it in the server settings
