Add an @online command

Often, I have a need to ask someone for advice or opinions on something, but it's clumsy to selectively @ everyone who is online. And I don't want to ping people who are offline because it can be annoying. I suggest adding a simple '@online' command that pings only those who are online.

  It already exist, @here will ping all online people and ignore offline one.
