New Feature for friends tab

Hi there, 

I bumped into the issue of group chats or friends that are infrequent online users just sinking to the bottom in DMs. I figured being able to star a friend to always find them quickly in the favorites would be a neat feature. Same could go for starring small-ish group chats.

I see this feature as being pretty handy, especially now that your average discord user has more contacts with less frequent communications (class mates, friends, hobby groups, gaming buddies, fandom friends,..)

Being able to put tags to people in your friends list to categorize them could also be a neat way to add such a feature.
