[Feature Request] Please add the ability to receive notifications on desktop AND mobile.

It is very irritating when I walk away from my computer for a few minutes and miss an important message or ping because I forget that I left Discord open on my desktop, causing my mobile app to not send me any notifications at all. Please add the option to always receive notifications on both!
