I broke my messaging box somehow

I tried to alt + tab out of a game today and pressed some button combination by accident. Now my message box looks like this when I try to type in it on my vertical monitor. I looked through all of my keybind settings and tried googling it, but couldn't figure out what I accidently pressed to make this happen.
