Feature request: toggle to stop automatically converting certain Unicode characters to emoji
As noted in a comment by Neuvost, Discord automatically converts some Unicode characters into Discord emoji, even when "Automatically convert emoticons in your messages to emoji" is turned off. While typing a backslash (\) before inputting a single such character will prevent Discord from converting it to an emoji, there is no way to avoid the conversion when pasting in a text string which includes a will-be-converted character. Sometimes I paste text into Discord for the purpose of recopying and pasting it somewhere else later; I expect to get out exactly what I put in.
In addition, typing in backslashes for multiple will-be-converted characters is annoying. If I'd wanted to use the Discord  emoji instead of the heart ♥ poker symbol, I would have typed . Once Discord converts ♥ to , there's no convenient way to undo the conversion (and I shouldn't have to undo it, either).
I'd like to be able to toggle off Discord's automatically converting characters into emoji. This could be a separate toggle, or it could be included in the "Automatically convert emoticons in your messages to emoji" setting.

+1 on this.
I'm trying to do formal logic and I'm tired of having to put backslashes every time I type ↔.0
