Trackpad scrolling is too coarse

Within the entire (desktop) application, I can only scroll to multiples of 1 line. In most other programs, the scrolling corresponds exactly with the movement of my finger on the trackpad, but Discord has this extra, unnecessary quantization. I just noticed it after updating, but since I obviously can't downgrade, I can't know for sure that this was working before.

  It seems like this behavior actually only appears in certain cases. If I open a video fullscreen then restore it, I get the old behavior back, even if I switch to another channel or server. However, if I switch windows then go back, it goes back to the broken behavior.
