File size in MiB incorrectly labeled as MB

Discord displays file size as MB but counts the file size as MiB. If you have a file of exactly 8,000,000 bytes (8 MB) and you send it on Discord, it'll read 7.63 MB. It should say 7.63 MiB or 8 MB.

  Also fun fact, Discord won't allow you to send a file of exactly 8 MiB, I assume because some of the space is used for metadata.
