I am unable to send messages on my main account on discord.

Hello discord, I am unable to send messages on my main account which is mara3i#0099, whenever I try to send a message it tells me to Verify my phone number or email before I can send a message, however when I tried to verify my phone number it said, "This phone number was recently used on a diffrent account" I really want to use my main to talk to my friends and stuff, if you can do anything to help It would be appreciated.
