[Suggestion] Feature Suggestion - in client polls

I would like to suggest the feature of a poll option in the discord client itself. Instead of having the reactions have a poll with optional hidden votes. preferably something that can sit in a small bar at the top or on the side so users can still vote even if it is washed away with a flood of other chats.

I have created a (rough) design for it which is attached below.
