[Suggestion] Feature Suggestion "Referencing"

In Discord, you can already reply to someone's message, that makes it so the Original sender of the message gets pinged, and their message is linked over the reply message
But you arent able to reply across channels, which wont allow you to reply or send a message in reference to a message in a channel where you dont have the permission to send messages (except you send the message link), or the server has a rule to send specific messages in specific channels.

So i thought, it would be great if Discord implemented a Feature that allows you to do something similar to this:
References is basically a reply, but it allows you to be used across channels in the same server.
