Allow changing which message is being replied when editing it

Pretty self explanatory, when editing a message, its impossible right now to change which message the message you're editing is replying to.

I just often reply to the wrong message and the only way to fix my message is to delete the message entirely and resend it but replying to the correct message. Just a small ease-of-life change.
