Mention thing in textchat with <#...>

So, i menaged to find out, that you can mention textchannels in your messages by typing # and then the channel name. That's pretty cool feature, but i always wanted to do this with voice channels too. Then i found out, that you can mention them too be copying the channel id and then writing <# paste the ID > and works great too.

But i wonder, wether you can link something by ID and name it differently?
So what are like parameters for that bracket hashtag thingy?
