Allow the movement of threads between channels

One problem with the current implementation of threads is that if a thread is started in the incorrect channel, whether by topic of discussion, or by mistake, it cannot be corrected without losing the existing discussion.

Ideally, it would be possible to click and drag an existing thread in the left sidebar, and drop it over a new channel, at which point the thread, it's participants, and existing messages are moved to this new location.

The benefits of this are:

- Threads become more mobile, and can be moved by moderators or admins in order to maintain a consistent channel topic.

- Threads could be 'soft-archived' by dragging them into a dedicated Threads channel, where the conversation can continue but at a slower rate than perhaps when it was initially created, without taking up sidebar space under the original channel of creation.

  I don't know if it is possible, but it would be a good feature

  this would be a good addition to discord threads, also moving messages from threads either to a new thread or to another already existing thread.
