My account got hacked and Support isn't helping
Hello. My account got hacked 2 weeks ago. I sent a ticket right away, twice infact but never got a response. 3 days later I decided to talk to Discord in Twitter, I sent them a DM and Tweet about my problem, but although I see them responding to everyone else they seen to ignore me and not respond at all, I kept trying for 3 whole days with no response so that's 6 days after I got hacked in total.
Then I decided to email discord about my problem. And they FINALLY responded to me, it only took 1 day too. They said "
Hi FidgetyJester,
We just wanted to confirm that we have received your inquiry (********). You put time and effort into contacting us, so our Support Team will make sure we give your inquiry the attention it deserves.

The Discord Team", that was 1 week ago and they never got back to me again ever sense. As you can see there, they didn't even asked for what information they need so I doubt they even started. This is serious, hacker is using my account to try to hack my friends too, and 2 whole weeks I been trying, only to get ignored by Discord Support. Can anyone help me?

Same for me. No idea how many people are on their team but they need at least triple the staff
