Searching for Emojis of Different Skin Tones

In the emoji popup one can access using the button at the right of the message text bar, one cannot search for emojis of different skin tones. The only way to enter emojis of different skin tones is to either manually type :man_tone5: or use the win + . shortcut on Windows. This is especially an issue when it comes to reacting, where users are unable to react with emojis of different skin tones to messages without using the +:man_tone5: feature, which only reacts to the most recent message.
