Enable the ability to capitalize and space text channels!

I don't understand why they have to be locked to just lowercase, and having to use - or _ to space. And a glitch that happened awhile back showed that its possible to capitalize and space channels. And don't say anything about "lethal code could be injected into a text channel". There's a 90 character limit for text channels, and thread/voice channels can be capitalized and spaced, so why can't text channels?
