Adding photo to old messege

Hey, I've been using discord for roughly 7 years I was 9 years old back then I used to talk with friends playing games, but these days I don't have those privileges since I don't have much time and most of my time goes by chatting with my close friends.

Some of my friends go to work and don't have the time to check their messages, and I'm of the people that love to type long a** monologues hoping they to read them and give their opinion on the theme, sometimes I mix up themes. E.g I'm talking about workouts and I shift my attention to the new upcoming movie, but I don't know the release date and ask my friend if he knows it, but he's busy and can't answer, I keep talking about the old theme, but I want to add picture, so he knows that I've seen the release date of the movie by screenshot on the old message I send.

My idea is to be able to add images to the old messages by editing them.
Discord added being able to reply to messages which basically solves the issue for some people but here comes the thing, if I send an important message that I want my friend to read when he comes back online for a bit he can look at the important message first and then go back to work, that's why I don't like replying with an image.

I saw the post about the same theme 3 years ago It had very low votes I thought I'll try my chance too.

I hope someone else also shares the same opinion as me : )
