Crossed text symbol should only affect line it's on

Saying something like: "Hello~~ How are you?~~" ...should not cross out the second line. The "~~" symbol should only affect the line it's on, like the other ones: "*"

  Strikethrough is primarily used to mark text that is mistaken or to be removed. Historically, this has also been marked by placing dots under the letters to be ignored
