To people who got disabled with no email respond, PLEASE READ!

First of all, I'm not a PDF file, the main purpose I write here is because I'm sure there's a lot of Discord users who got ban for this reason and never got a chance to even explain the situation.
If you get your account disabled, and this is the message you got from Discord bot, It is highly positive that your account is gone for something related to CSAM.
What happened and why Discord should pay close attention to this?
-Recently sometime between November 2023, there's a massive ban wave of people who share the meme picture of man eating popcorn, without realized that it was part of CP. Result in their account banned.
Why is this a big deal?
-There's a huge amount of users got banned for posting picture of some actress, such as Hannah Hays, Olivia Casta etc. This is the result of their own AI that falsely triggered it to get them banned, yet Discord don't do anything about it.
So?
-There's a lot of Game testing scam that hacked your friends account just to trick you to download their game, file, installer etc. most got their account hacked, but let's not forget that there's a lot of people who got banned because their account were use to upload CP by the attacker, resulting in their account get banned. Most don't realized this, but I want you all who got falsely banned for this to acknowledge this that you are not facing these issues alone, Yet Discord provide no support for these case. All they think is “We actually commit these horrible crime”
This is the example of the “Game testing scam”
Why you seems so obsessed with this topic [1]?
-Again, I'm not here to discuss about these kiddo topic, I try to spread awareness of these thing that happened on Discord, So people don't ended up like me or other users to face these issues, Discord tend to ban us and report to NCMEC but they don't try to fix it at all.
Why you seems so obsessed with this topic [2]?
-I am also a victim of these issues 2 time already, First in 2018, I got banned after I reported the CP sharing server, They instead banned my account for associating with CP, while the server which share those content still active(Even though it got banned in 2020)
And in this January 2024, I also got banned because that game testing scam steal my Token and use RAT to access my PC, and spammed post CP using my PC to Discord, result in banned. (It pretend to be my friend and trick me)
I provided Discord support with evidence and literally everything, Including my National ID, My police report, RAT detection footage and Evidence, but all Discord did is ignored.
**(Of course they think I did these, But what criminal gave them their ID and their personal information, worst the account that got banned is Nitro, Think!)**
I lost my IRL job because it spammed that content on my work Discord account, Almost result in getting jail time, 4 years of work for this! And now I don't know if Discord will send another LEA involve. My Discord has been deleted since 12 February 2024.
-I hope one day that Discord decided to seriously look into our issues, Doesn't matter what reason, they should really see that many people fallen victim to these kind of troll, while we have to be on watchlist, those hackers or trolls who actually commit these acts still roam around free of charge!

Yea same happened to me 7 years on discord just to left in the dust. Banned for jokingly saying I was 10. Although there’s countless proof that I am of age.

My acc is temporary banned for 2 years for posting 3 normal memes in my own discord server. They even wasn't +18/+21. I can't believe it. I have my acc from 6 full years and haven't got even 1 violation of their rules.

If that's what they said, then say goodbye to your account, they have zero tolerance of the CSAM stuff, and they don't even care if you did it or not, it's your account. I face the same issue as I mention in the post, nothing you can do:/ but try to provide them every evidence in support, you might get lucky.

Bro this happened to me on the 22nd of February and my account is still disabled. Rozianist Please help me. My account will be deleted soon. I am not a creep because I didn't even know what the picture was about. I really hope I can get my account back.

Unfortunately, if you really got banned for that reason, please don't expect much hope from it. Discord won't respond to those ticket either, I'll suggest create a new account and move on with the new one.

I was also a victim of this picture but was able to get an unban after 5 months.
