Discord desktop touch screen keyboard backspace glitch issue
Hi, so I use s surface pro in my day to day life and often use discord desktop with it. Whenever I'm using the touch screen keyboard, the backspace key makes the touch keyboard glitch out for a second whenever pressing backspace, making the experience quite frustrating.
I've recorded what it looks like and uploaded it to youtube.
I've also done some research before hand, trying to see if anyone else has the same issue. On a reddit threat from about 4 months ago someone mentioned it's up to discord to "smoothen" the experience with the touch screen keyboard, and it's not up to windows/Microsoft themselfs, which is why I'm posting here.

Try to check existing of problem in web version of Discord (discord.com). If everything be fine you should try to send a bug report (https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046057772).

Strangely enough it's having the exact same issue in the web browser, but, for example, not on this website. So it seems like Discord isn't optimised at all, for windows touch screen keyboard.
I'll make sure to file a it bug report.

Having the same issues. Also, sometimes discord just pops up on my screen like malware when I wake the screen after watching a show in full screen (discord is closed and just pops up).

So like I have the EXACT problem as you, did you ever solve it? (also sorry for commenting on a thing thats 9 months old)

Unfortunately not, this is something Discord has to fix on their end.

Same issue on an hp spectre convertible laptop. In tablet mode discord acts a little strange.
