    Hi,

    It sucks having your Discord account disabled. Although it's never happened to me personally, I can understand how it feels. I'm not sure how you're trying to reach them, but the best overall methods of contact are Twitter and support tickets, with support tickets being the best. Also, to speed things up, make sure to be as detailed as you possibly can.

    Yes, you should be able to contact them here: https://dis.gd/contact/ . Make sure you select the correct category and send the email from the email that's associated with your disabled account.

    my account was literally disabled for a false reason and discord won't give a single damn to respond, it's been 10 days or so for me, is my account gonna get deleted? if it does then I am going to lose my bloody mind

    Discord couldnt give a damn. And I have lost my mind when I saw what Trust and Safety did to my account. My account was banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.

    I am awaiting a response too it has been a week as of earlier today, 3 years of my life are on that account like, and im going to lose it if they dont respond

    This is the worst customer support for any company i have experienced. There are numerous ways to handle situations better.

    I have been waiting for over 9 days for them to do something about my hacked account they have yet to even reply to the ticket. Totally unacceptable and I am a Nitro Subscriber.

    Same thing happened to me, 10+ mails and 0 answer. Just contacted Discord via Twitter today but don't really have hope anymore...

    They finally did something about it when I contacted them on facebook. Twitter they just ignored me. Really not impressed with their customer service though since they restored my account but after having me wait months they didnt reinstate my nitro that expired with how long they took.

    They have yet to reply if they can restore my friends and other things back on my account. Discords customer service is awful right now.

    5 days ago I got locked out of my Discord account and it says I'm under 13 years old.
    I became 18 on February 1st and I have proof of being over 18.
    I made a selfie with my school photo + my Discord Username. On a seperate photo I showed my drivers education (with DoB, IRL name) and my discord tag.
    I made the account on the 11th of June, 2021 with this email im using.I have tried talking to support multiple times and got no help.
    After sending back and forth to one of your workers I got ignored and got no more message back.
    I have around 11-12 days left before my account is deleted while all my best friends were on it.

    Been a while but I actually did my account back after like three days after I sent this message "Still no response. Discord honestly should be ashamed of their support. 24 days and counting."
    Still doesn't mean the support doesn't suck, it still does!!!!

    Discord support is so bad, I have like three support requests in with both the reason I was falsely labeled as 12 and confirmation that I'm 18 being attached to them

    I got a response, but all I got was this;
    "Hello,

    Your account was disabled for violating our ToS or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account."

    Since the support tickets and twitter, you been DM'ing the official account of discord, not the support of discord.

    It took me months to get a response to get my account fixed. They just kept the ticket open but never replied to it.

    I reached out to their Facebook and Twitter DM for support because, clearly, people on the ticketing side may not even work responsibly. 

    Just so everyone's clear, I lost 3 months of Discord Nitro Premium. They never refunded me for the time I lost waiting for their support even though three months of paid nitro elapsed while waiting for them.

    Discord doesn't deserve a penny on Nitro unless they fix their customer service. This is shameful.

    If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take to fix your issue and get your account reinstated? And did your account not get deleted during the waiting time?
