[Important Suggestion] Enable "Custom Role Icons" feature on Nitro level 1

Greetings guys

I think many think that this feature should be available on nitro level 1.

Everyone knows that there are a lot of spaces created on discord for gaming clans, guilds, friend groups and private clubs where they use a hierarchy or rank system for their members. 

Custom icon roles is a really wonderful and attractive feature for this kind of servers, but unfortunately it is currently only oriented for big communities, leaving small groups without the opportunity to get this beautiful feature easily or at a reasonable cost.

The suggestion is simple, please consider including this upgrade in level 1, as it is really easy for a clan to pay level 1 and this would make the nitro plan more attractive to the population of servers that do not aspire to become big public communities. It's unfortunate that you have to pay more than 20-25 dollars a monthly to enable custom icon roles on your clan server and waste the rest of the level 2 upgrades. 

Please think about the real needs of small groups and prioritize the upgrades that really consume more bandwidth for higher levels.
