Account is both “temporarily limited” AND “permanently suspended”?
My account got disabled for “breaking TOS” which I would never intentionally do. I’ve submitted a few tickets (before realizing that it was not good to submit more than one), and the only response I’ve gotten is that my account is “temporarily disabled” and not to violate TOS further to prevent permanent suspension before marking my ticket as “solved” when it’s NOT.
When I log into discord it says I am permanently suspended despite Clyde saying I’m only “temporarily disabled”.
What do I have to do to talk to a real human being on the support team to actually appeal my case? Discord says this system is designed to let users explain their case, but I haven’t had a chance to do so with Clyde jumping in and marking my tickets as “solved”.

I was hoping that my post would get some staff to notice… I didn’t realize how bad it is though.
And yeah for some reason the appeals tickets are extra strict about this, I don’t know why they don’t re-open when you add additional information.0 -

My ticket gets closed again and again. But now he writes that Agent “Anastasia” (Russian name) is closing my ticket.

I wrote an addition for the second time in “General Questions” so that Anastasia would not close my tickets.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, it is terrible that we all are. I don’t understand why they are so strict, it’s not like any of us intentionally broke TOS…Appeal tickets should be allowed to reopen with additional information.

I would feel bad about submitting multiple tickets if: 1. They were actually handled by real people, and 2. if the bots would leave the ticket open for someone with a physical brain to handle.

It’s feeling that way. I don’t know what to do. Nothing I do works, nothing we do seems to do anything. It’s so frustrating.

That's the thing! General questions are basically the only way to get their attention, but when they tell you to go to appeals you get bot responses. So yeah their support system sucks

And there in lies the issue, the real people aren’t where the real people are needed most. Their support system is the worst I’ve ever seen.

Worse than any other support system on other social medias, which sucks because I've mostly used Discord to talk to my friends

Same here! Which is why I've made a post on this site to get their attention. According to someone else they've done this and Discord gave them their account back so I'm going to do the same.

At this point, My Discord is banned and there's no getting it back unless I spam the system until SOMEONE arrives to help me out. I'm tired of getting Clyde telling me my account is limited every five minutes

I've heard someone who was actually spamming their tickets with threats of self harm to the point where they banned them. So I'm kind of hesitant about this.

I’m not spamming them with that or that much, I’ve done 7 tickets but that’s just because they keep closing them without answering my question. It it not working for me though. Their customer service just needs a massive overhaul.

Dude, you're so lucky to have your ticket still open. Every appeal I tried to make it gets ignored by Clyde.

like everything's automated where it shouldn't be. They aren't providing any feedback on exactly WHERE the line is drawn at, and they can't be bothered to do an proper investigation
