Account is both “temporarily limited” AND “permanently suspended”?
My account got disabled for “breaking TOS” which I would never intentionally do. I’ve submitted a few tickets (before realizing that it was not good to submit more than one), and the only response I’ve gotten is that my account is “temporarily disabled” and not to violate TOS further to prevent permanent suspension before marking my ticket as “solved” when it’s NOT.
When I log into discord it says I am permanently suspended despite Clyde saying I’m only “temporarily disabled”.
What do I have to do to talk to a real human being on the support team to actually appeal my case? Discord says this system is designed to let users explain their case, but I haven’t had a chance to do so with Clyde jumping in and marking my tickets as “solved”.

Well, I'll wait for 2 or 3 more weeks before I do anything else. If things doesn't turn out right, I'll try an general question thing again and see where that goes.

Personally, I would keep trying until it's actually over. But I really need to find out which method works.

Yeah, I’ve gotten that auto response several times. I’m pretty convinced that the “trust and safety team” doesn’t really exist and is run 100% by robots.

Hey I am dealing with a similar problem. But on a different matter.
My account got hacked, if you wanna read my case I posted a comment on my page.I am so sorry that’s happening to the both of you, it’s sad with the support we received, I also keep getting marked as solved multiple times, and I really feel like there’s no hope, it’s been over a month now, and i really have no idea what to do but I keep trying with time, cause again in my situation I don’t want others to be scammed, like how I was. But discord is yet to help. The only thing I decided I could do is keep trying and write a comment To let others know. I just feel a little bit better knowing I’m not alone in this. I posted it on my page.
When I saw the 3 of you discussing I thought that I would share.

I’m so sorry to hear that… my violation was something completely accidental… I should have been more careful but if I had a chance just to explain that to a real person they would see I wasn’t trying to intentionally break TOS…
But with your case I think it’s worse when your account is forcibly taken from you by someone else and you can’t even get help getting it back from the hacker… I am truly sorry for your loss.

Someone in another thread mentioned that it MIGHT help if you waited around 2 weeks and ask an general question if your ticket is caught in a spam.filter

I’m not in the US and can’t do international phone calls but Discord’s head office does have a phone number that you could try calling

I've been told that this isn't an valid option, an while ago. The person who told me this said that nobody answered their phone call

Yeah I've tried the phone call thing but it doesn't really work, only thing I can TRY to do now is to wait 2 weeks then ask a general question if my tickets are stuck in their spam filter

Go to general questions, ask them if your appeals are stuck in the spam filter

My General Question ticket is still open, Nelly said that my issue has been “escalated” for better or worse
