I am an Iranian user and I have been using Discord for a long time.

We, The people of Iran, Are not terrorists and the actions of the Irans government are not related to the people of Iran

    As an Iranian, I support my government and country under any circumstances, and the people who write in the comments, "Our government is doing terrible things and we do not support it and we are separated from it", are not real Iranian at all!

    If the clause that says Iran is a country that supports terrorism is not removed from the ToS, I will not use Discord anymore. I also recommend the same to all Iranians who read this comment, we should not despise ourselves to separate ourselves from our nation and country just to use an application.

    Hello I'm an old Discord user, I've been using Discord for a long time , I do not understand the reason for this, why do you want to ban Iranian users Please accept and believe that we Iranians are not terrorists! We do not support terrorists !!Please, please do not ban us! We like to use Discord like other countries, in Iran it is not possible to access Twitch , Telegram, YouTube, Twitter, FacebookPlease, please do not ban us! We like to use Discord like other countries,  Please do not take Discord from us, if I can not connect to Discord I will not have any more entertainment, I hope the Discord Support Team will remove Iran from the list of terrorist countries Hopefully

     one day we can continue to work in Discord like before :)

    I agree. please don't ban Iranians. we are dealing with a lot off internet related issues as is and there are only a few platforms that we can use freely. Discord is one of them and one of the only ones that are left.

    we are not terrorists or anything like that. we are normal people who are trying to have some fun and enjoy some time with our friends.

    please don't ban us for something we didn't do.

    We are struggling with our own government and the fact that they are blocking us to use many many practical websites and apps, is simply sad. I've been a discord user for many years. I've been in touch with my friends via Discord before the Corona pandemic and after that, it's been even more useful. Our government has many strict laws about the internet and even for a long while, discord was blocked by them and we had to use VPN to access Discord. 
    We do not wish to be called terrorists. We are simply people who were born in this country with strict laws. Yet, we are getting banned from Discord.

    I hope this thread helps us.

    Hello,
    Today at this time, Iran is negotiating with America and European countries to lessen the sanctions. After the agreement, banning the Iranian users have no meaning because we are not under boycott anymore. All the Iranian banks will work internationally and there will be no problem for Iranian accounts. Discord has many members in iran, many streamers and youtubers that earn money using this platform and there are many people that buy nitro every month and a huge amount of your income is from Iranians.

     

    So we want you to delay this banning and wait for the result of the negotiation between Iran and other countries that are member of JCPOA.

    Btw, as you mentioned us as "terrorists" in your terms of service, Iran is always trying to keep the middle east safe by taking the ISIS down and we have nothing to do with ISIS. We are not at the same side. ISIS is from arabic countries, NOT Iran!! Its a total mistake to call us terrorists and ban us because of political issues that is going to be solved within days.

    You are loosing lots of your members by this.
