I can't renew my discord nitro subscription

I want to use the nitro discord subscription
this is my card and you can check that all my subscriptions are from it
the only thing I did was help with my card to make 2 weeks
FREE nitro discord subscription.

link your card with paypal because sometimes purchase gets buggy
