Discord disables my 6 year old account for being underage. Then fails to mention an account for this website, not to mention this supposed warning about spamming tickets I've seen from another poster. (7 days in)

It's been 7 days ever since my account got disabled, I've been churning out reports each morning until today, the 1st week has passed which led me into panic, churning out a report every hour or two.

When I first got disabled, my friend mentioned that they were disabled for being labeled as underage aswell, saying that it took them 4 days to get a response. Telling me to send a report once every day. 

What I didn't know, was that you couldn't even see the status of your reports unless you made an account on this support website, and you wouldn't know not to spam reports out of no reponse, is if you looked at other posts beforehand, or got warned yourself.

This user wWaidi Has been going around telling people not to spam reports, or to reply to the first ticket or things get delayed, I have 0 Idea if this user is even telling the truth, or basing off their knowledge off their own intuition, but it still leaves me wary either way, as I've done the exact things you apparently weren't supposed to do! (Except self replying.)

It's frustrating that I have to do my own research for a process that's seemingly automated, only to find out it's the least moderated and human controlled area in discord just by the sheer amount of complaints I've sifted through that had people in similar situations that I'm currently in.

So far the only open ticket I have is the first one I sent, the latest activity being 2 days ago.
I've seen other feedbacks talk about how they've found success in either contacting discord through facebook, email, discord, and a literal website meant for filing complaints against companies! https://www.bbb.org

I don't know If I have to do this myself, but considering that my time is already passing quickly, a week already passing. I might have to go around complaining to each outlet I can just to eke out a response.
