My account has been hacked

I think my account has been hacked because it makes me join random scam server without any reasons and even if I quit the server it makes me join again. Someone has the solution ?

    Hello,
       if you can still log into the account> Settings Tab, press the Authorized applications tab from the menu on the left, then unverify the bot that is unsafe there and change your password.
