Third party Activities

Allow developers to create and register their own activities through the API. There are several ways I could think of how to do, for example by passing a unique url to a webpage containing the activity. The client than accesses this url

For example: application developer registers url: https://example.com/discord-activity and the discord client of the user will access https://example.com/discord-activity?id=xyz&cannel=xyz&token=something_that_can_be_verified .

To prevent security issues or abuse, of course a warning "You are joining a third-party activity, {Application Name} will be able to access your account data", the same procedure like adding a bot or using OAuth with an application.

Why? I think it could be a lot of fun.
