Multiple users have posted about this problem here in whatever forum we could logically inset them. Your answers are always "email us here and we will troubleshoot with you." And then you close the thread as "answered." The public has no way of knowing if you fixed the problem for anyone, and we want real-time answers in a publicly viewable forum for sharing of information and faster fix. We wish for you to show us common courtesy and respect in this very commonly shared glitch that is happening on our web Discord. Thank you.

Hi, Sorry for any confusion, but this is for feedback and suggestions. We have a support portal and a help center that we utilize, so if there's a common issue we're likely going to put it under the FAQ section under https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/categories/115000168371 for it to be viewed publicly

This makes sense.
What confuses me is when you dismiss a thread reporting a blank interface as invalid when it is an attempt to provide feedback in a forum labelled "Feedback". At the bare minimum, it would be nice to see replies in the thread from the original posters of these issues that can indicate whether an "answered" thread equates to a resolved issue (and if so, what made things work again).
If the issue is raised frequently, as it seems to be in this case, adding it to the Frequently Asked Questions would help direct those who are trying to troubleshoot.
