Incorporate high priority channels that will appear at top of channel list on notification

Give users the ability to right click selected channels and set to "high priority" such that when a new message appears in a channel:

1. Said channel will be pinned to the top of the channel list (and dynamically follow your scroll bar) 
e.g. 

AND/OR

2. The channel will appear at the top of the list.

This way, if someone is participating in a discord that has many channels they can avoid ignoring anything said in channels that concern them the most. 

This would be most useful on the desktop version where monitors aren't as friendly towards a large number of channels. It is fairly unusual for me(and I would wager, most discord users) to maximize Discord, so this would greatly improve usability of the app.
