Segregate voice and text channels?

On servers with lots of important text channels, voice channels can get pushed down the list quite far.

Having to scroll down to the bottom of a long list of text channels to see who is hanging out in voice is inconvenient, and the same can be said of the opposite with voice channels at the top if you're browsing for text channels. Not being able to see both important text channels and voice at the same time leads to people missing/missing out on events.

Personally, I would love to be able to add/customize/move/remove the chat/members list/channel lists on servers I admin. For instance I would love to just shorten the member list and put voice channels on the right side of the UI...
