Limit file uploads to 10 while selection

When I try to send over 10 files in a chat, discord lets us. Only notified us after the 10th file is completed uploading. "File upload limit reached", thus wasting a lot of time. Suggestion: limit the file selection to 10 in the first place

    That might be different on each platform and not all platforms support to set a limit with the file selector native.
