Widget for showing who is on, and a button for "I'm not on but I'd get on if someone else did"

For games like BF5, PUBG, and Apex, I rarely ever want to play without my squad. It's come to the point where we have a group text, which consists of one character responses. ? Means is anyone going to get on, or do y'all wanna play? ! Means I'm down and . Means I'd be down if someone else got on too. It seems like an Android Widget or something would be a good way to show that simply. Displaying it when hovering over the application in the System Tray on Windows might work as well.

In short, a simple way to say "I'm gonna get on", "I'll get on if you will", or "Nah I'm definitely not getting on" with a way to ping everyone to answer would be pretty cool.
