Chill zone message shows when you spam messages on mobile rather than just not sending the messages

  @thetechguy On pc, when you spam messages too fast it says "slow down, enter the chill zone". But honestly it's a silly feature that Mobile really doesn't need

  someone please help me i havent been  texting for an hour and yet when i came on i cant send anything it keeps on saying "woah there way to spicy" and on EVEN THOUGH I HAVENT TEXTED IN ONE HOUR NOT A SINGLE WORD AT ALL SO WHY IS IT SAYING IM SPAMMING!?!?!?!?! ok ok i need to chill but please help me
