Change color of menu icons to light grey instead of white

I noticed that I got screen burn on my phone where the white menu icons are, such as the search icon, members icon, etc. Android's navigation buttons used to cause screen burn as well and they helped minimize it by making the icons more of a grey rather than a white, so I figured I'd post it here as a suggestion.
