(iPhone) Spam call came up as Discord call

I answered a spam call because it came up as a call from my brother on Discord. The support people said this was probably a bug of integrating the apps calls with the phones calling app and to prevent it or similar instances from happening in the future to disable CallKit integration by going to the User Settings > Notifications > enable "Integrate calls with the Phone app".
