Option for text chat in voice to be open on the side while on a vc/option for a stream to be a popup

Watching vc streams on mobile and commenting on it without a mic is pretty much impossible without going back and forth on the chat and stream so it would be nice to have a option to let it open on the side, like twitch and youtube currently are, or maybe allow the stream to be a popup.
